The special initiatives office of IEG (Italian Exhibition Group) can provide you with a turnkey event: you don’t have to worry about anything and can concentrate exclusively on your business.

For more than 20 years, we have complemented our trade show and publishing operations activities by designing and staging events and initiatives intended to support all tourism operators in product promotion and training, both in the trade and consumer sectors.

This varied combination of activities enables both outgoing and incoming tourism supply-side operators to meet the targets they are interested in: national and international buyers, consumers, MICE segment operators, travel agencies, employee recreational clubs (CRAL), associations, etc.

These tailor-made projects are devised, developed and communicated on an ad hoc basis according to your budgetary requirements and objectives.

Workshops at the show

These are events designed on an ad hoc basis to promote destinations, tourism products and services through touring events aimed at bringing together supply and Italian demand: travel agents, employee recreational clubs, MICE sector operators, etc. 

  • they are the ideal shop window in which to showcase products and communicate with the market in a manner that focuses on the target, and to directly promote services;
  • promotional activities are focused on strategic cities, in order to reach ideal target clients and potential markets;
  • they fulfil the professional training needs of travel agents and tourism professionals;

In addition, we conduct a survey that monitors the main trends in demand and consumer trends, we produce analysis and ad hoc reports on products and markets, and we train operators, providing practical and concrete tools to optimise relationships and improve business.

Our dedicated staff deal with logistics, recruitment and visitor management, as well as the technical organisation and coordination of all aspects of an event.

We profile and regularly monitor national and international demand, and segment them according to client needs.

We work with more than 90 countries worldwide, we study individual markets in depth, we interpret changes on these markets, and we scout for new demand-side operators.

We advise on organising the whole event, including, for events dedicated to the incoming market, in-depth analysis of international demand, seller training and post tours.

We organise tailor-made evening events during TTG Travel Experience to enable you to meet specific target clients in an informal environment beyond the confines of the show, to help you optimise and make your presence at TTG Travel Experience even more effective.

We provide the client with a dedicated secretary and deal with all aspects of the event: choice of venue, event organisation (aperitif, dinner, disco evening, etc.), guest selection, recruiting and communication.
