Massimo Tessitore

Massimo has been Head of Direct Channels, Mobile Payment and E Commerce Department of Intesa Sanpaolo since November 2014.
He joined Intesa Sanpaolo in 2012 as a staff member of the CEO and was in charge of the Transformation Program of the Commercial Banking Division.
In July 2013 he was appointed as Head of Strategic Planning Execution, Customer Experience and Claims, managing lead projects such as Multichannel and Customer Journey Development.
Previously he worked as a Partner in Oliver Wyman where he led the Retail Banking Practice in Italy.
Massimo started his career in Accenture where he worked as Senior Manager in Accenture Strategy.
Massimo has a degree in Management Engineering from Turin Politecnico and he is a frequent speaker in the most important Italian Universities.
