How important is reputation for accommodation facilities? Having a good reputation enables you to increase your rates and earn more from room sales. We will see how to create a good “first impression” on guests and what tools to use to monitor online reputation. We will also analyse a few examples of good and bad reviews, and come up with some concrete suggestions on how to respond: because words also generate “first impressions”.
