Buyers

The PSA system purpose is to make the attendance in the Exhibition into a more profitable one.

The access is limited to buyers and suppliers of the ITALIAN PAVILLIONS whose participation has been regularly registered and confirmed.

After confirmation, buyers can log into their own buyer zone and start to contact sellers who are beneficial for their business. A very easy search engine will allow to focus on the categories of interest. Sellers will also use the same system and so buyers will receive requests of appointments  who they will have to respond until the fulfillment of the online agenda.

Appointments will last approximately 20 minutes each and can be set from the afternoon of October 12th until the morning of  October 14th for a total of 24 pre-scheduled appointments + 4 fixed onsite.

There are 2 scheduled working days:

1. 12/10 MEET & MATCH SESSION FROM 09:00 AM TO 1:00 PM
Buyers will have numbered tables and will take part to buyers-meet-sellers session in Pav C3 (no appointments will be fixed for the Meet & Match, supplier will come spontaneously and introduce themselves)  
Buyers are required to carry their own agendas with them so they can fill the empty slots, if they still have any, with the suppliers met at the Meet & Match session.
Differently, if buyers agendas have been already fulfilled online, the MEET & MATCH SESSION will be an occasion to meet new suppliers, establish new contacts, or fix extra agenda meetings.

Lunch time is from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm.

2. 12th 02:30 pm to 05:30 pm (half day)                   06 online appointments
3. 13th 09:00 pm to 05:30 pm (full day)                    12 online appointments + 2 onsite appointments
4. 14th 09:00 pm to 12:30 pm (half day)                   06 online appointments + 2 onsite appointments

The pre scheduled appointments will be held at the booths of exhibitors (a floorplan will facilitate the orientation)

The online diary  will open on July 17th and will close on September 22nd
